  • Access to Truecoach app to have access to your plan and to ask us questions

Looking to complete & finish strong?

  • Novice Half Marathon - 2 runs per week 

  • Intermediate Half Marathon - 2 to 3 runs per week

  • Intermediate Marathon - Highly recommend that you have completed a half marathon before, 3 runs per week

  • Looking to finish very strong or PR?

    • Recommend that you have been running for some time now and have a good base to build off of

  • Advanced Half Marathon - 4 runs per week

  • Advanced Marathon - 4 runs per week
