Revitalize Your Workout Routine with Versa Fitness Training Blocks

At Versa Fitness, we know that exercise can seem F**king boring mundane, and that's why we've designed our innovative Training Blocks program, a dynamic approach that combats the monotony of typical workout regimens.

A Fresh Approach Every 3 Weeks

Our training program is structured into four unique blocks, each lasting three weeks: the Endure Block, Strong Block, Power Block, and Benchmark Block. This structure follows a linear periodization model, meticulously planned to build upon each previous stage, culminating in the Benchmark Block. This final stage is where you can truly see how far you've come, measuring improvements in strength, endurance, and overall fitness.

Why Choose Versa Fitness Training Blocks?

  • Scientific Structure with Variety: Each block is crafted based on scientific principles to ensure you get the most out of every session. Over the years we have learned the art of balancing what members “need” & what members want. Finding that balance has allowed us to create a program that provides members the best of both worlds… No one wants to do the same shit everyday for weeks on end, but there are certain things you should do every week, and learning the art of balance has allowed us to ensure you get what you need by getting what you want. 🙂 (that made sense to me)

  • Constant Variety: Every three weeks, you're introduced to new workouts that feature different formats, structures, training methods, and class options. This variety ensures that every training session is fresh and engaging. Each block builds off the last, and follows the scientific principle of linear periodization, if interested in learning about it you can google it …. lol Essentially… reps & durations go down, and intensity & weights goes up!

  • Never Get Bored: Let’s face it, sticking to an exercise routine can suck if it feels like a chore. Why we like to break that mold by changing up the routine frequently… P90X style of muscle confusion. If you’re not a fan of the current block, suck it up 🙂—it’s only three weeks until the next one, which will bring new formats, new exercises, new modes, and ultimately new excitement for class!
