My fitness journey began with running. I knew movement was essential for a healthy body, but anything beyond running—or sometimes walking—felt overwhelming. Eventually, I realized I needed more variety and strength training in my routine. That’s when I began studying to become both a group fitness instructor and a personal trainer.
What started as a personal challenge quickly became a passion for helping others overcome the same uncertainty I once felt. The hard work I put into my education led to a job at a local gym, and 27+ years later, my love for coaching and fitness continues to grow.
There was a time when I constantly questioned if I was good enough. I compared my fitness, my progress, and even my worth to others—always feeling like I was falling short. That internal doubt became my biggest enemy and held me back from realizing what I was truly capable of.
My turning point came when I decided to stop measuring myself against anyone else and start focusing on becoming the best version of me. Completing 1,000 burpees may sound extreme, but it was a defining moment. It wasn’t about the number—it was about proving to myself that I could do hard things, that I was stronger than my self-doubt, and that growth only happens when we step beyond our comfort zones.
That experience changed how I coach. I believe true fitness is defined by our lifestyle, not just our workouts. Transformation happens when we learn to quiet comparisons, challenge our limits, and celebrate progress along the way. As a coach, my goal is to help others break free from doubt, trust the process, and discover the incredible strength already within them.
My purpose as a coach is to help people break through the barriers that hold them back—both physically and mentally. I’m especially passionate about supporting those who are ready to make a change but need guidance, structure, and encouragement to get there. Whether you’re stepping into your first class, rebuilding your strength, or striving toward new personal goals, I’m here to help you discover that you’re capable of far more than you think.
