At Versa Fitness, our classes are more than just a group of people working through a workout.
Every 60-minute class follows a consistent structure designed to help you understand the workout, move with confidence, and get the most out of your training.
Whether it's your first class or your 500th, you'll know what to expect.
Every class begins with a coach-led warm-up designed to prepare your body for the movements ahead.
Rather than doing random stretches or exercises, our warm-ups focus on the muscles, joints, and movement patterns you'll be using during the workout.
The goal is simple: get your body ready to move and perform.
Before the workout begins, your coach walks the class through our Points of Performance slide.
This is where we explain:
We want you to understand not just what you're doing, but why you're doing it.
Your coach demonstrates every movement before the workout begins.
We'll walk through proper technique, common mistakes to avoid, and the different ways each movement can be adjusted.
That includes:
Everyone follows the same intentional program, but that doesn't mean everyone has to perform every movement the same way.
Our job is to help you find the appropriate version for you.
Once everyone understands the workout, the class is divided into groups and training begins.
But this isn't where the coaching stops.
Throughout the workout, our coaches move around the room, working directly with members to:
You're training alongside other people, but you're not left to figure everything out on your own.
The workout is group-based. The coaching is personal.
Every class is part of something bigger.
Our 10-week Versa Block System follows intentional training progressions focused on strength, endurance, and longevity.
You'll see movements repeated throughout each training block, giving you opportunities to improve technique, build confidence, increase intensity, and measure your progress.
Rather than constantly changing workouts just to keep things different, we focus on helping you get better at what you're doing.
That's how progress happens.
We believe great coaching means more than explaining a workout and starting a timer.
It means teaching, observing, correcting, encouraging, and helping people improve.
From the moment class starts until the final rep, our coaches are there to guide you.
Train with direction. Live with purpose. Get real results.
