Fitness has always been a huge part of my life. Growing up, I competed in a variety of sports, which sparked my love for challenging myself.
Now, I focus on pushing past my own limits and trying to inspire others to do the same.
Juggling life with my three wonderful sons, I quickly realized how essential it was to prioritize my fitness—for my physical health, mental well-being, and to show up as the best version of myself.
By dedicating just an hour a day, staying consistent, and discovering the support of the Versa community, I’ve completely redefined the way I approach my health and fitness.
Now, I love helping others find that same balance, consistency, and confidence in their own fitness journey.
One of my top priorities as a coach at Versa is to create an environment where every member feels comfortable, supported, and part of something greater.
I am passionate about meeting people wherever they are in their fitness journey and guiding them toward their personal goals. I want members to realize their full potential and accomplish more than they imagined.
